The project I am presenting for the Maitó Beach Club in Forte dei Marmi fits into an exclusive and captivating context, where the elegance of the past meets the modernity of refined and contemporary design.

Located along the beautiful Versilia coastline, this beach club represents a true landmark for those seeking a unique vacation experience that combines comfort and style without compromising the natural beauty of the landscape. Maitó Beach Club stands out for its diverse offerings: 64 imperial tents, a restaurant with its refined gastronomic proposals, a bar, a pool, and above all, a Wellness & SPA area, making it an exclusive retreat for rejuvenation.

Our project comes to life in one of the most picturesque areas of the club, located between the bar zone and the seasonal private tents. In this space, a relaxation area has been created, ideal for enjoying an aperitif with a sea view—an oasis of tranquility that becomes the vibrant heart of social life and relaxation at Maitó.

The area consists of 10 elegant tents, furnished with the classic beach furniture of Forte dei Marmi: director’s chairs, sun loungers, and deck chairs, all upholstered in premium designer fabrics. The inspiration for the materials came from Ralph Lauren’s new outdoor fabric collection, which provided the perfect starting point for creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere.

The selected fabrics are based on five different moodboards, designed to evoke the unique character of this area and to reflect the surrounding context, playing with white, blue, and sky-blue — colors that have always been symbolic of Maitó Beach Club. The color choices and fabrics are the result of a careful study of combinations that enhance the textures and patterns of the materials, creating an elegant and harmonious contrast. The soft, sophisticated hues blend seamlessly with the structure and surrounding environment, creating a sense of continuity between the interior and the exterior, between the comfort of the relaxation area and the natural beauty of the sea.

This design intervention is meant to offer a vacation experience that not only meets the practical needs of visitors but also enriches every moment with stylish and comfortable details, while never forgetting the iconic and timeless atmosphere that has made Maitó Beach Club famous.
